▼今週は復活節第四主日です。今日の日本語ミサは小川神父様(豊四季教会)です。ミサの後で教会委員の方は事務室にお集まりください。建て替え工事に関する岡田司教から当教会への返答を検討します。

▼教会学校より; 6月１日は主の祈りとアヴェ・マリアの祈り、およびロザリオについて取り上げます。昼食はありません。

▼初聖体クラスより; 初聖体に向け、8名（日本語グループ、英語グループ混合）の子どもが勉強を始めます。

▼5/17(土)-18(日)は、二度の中止を乗り越えて日英委員会の合宿を千葉・足立区鋸南自然の家で行います。日曜日の朝に荒川はミサのために帰ってきます。

▽This week is the 4th Easter Sunday. J Mass will be taken by Fr. Ogawa of Toyshiki parish. After J mass, Committee members will discuss the mail from Bp Okada on the land issue.

▽From Church School; We will pick up ”Lord's Prayer" and ”Hail Mary" with Rosary on June 1st.　We will have a special activity at church on June 22nd.

▽From First Communion Class;8 children from J-group and E-group will start preparing for First communion on June 22nd.

▽Joint Retreat for J and E committee members, which was interrupted twice(!), will be from 5/17(Sat) to 18(Sun) at Adachiku-Kyonan-Shizennoie at Chiba. Fr.Arakawa will be back in the morning on 28th for mass.

▽Bible class in J will start after the long holidays, May 9th and 10th.

▼教会学校より; 5/4の教会学校は、ミサの構成について取り上げます。今回は昼食はありません。

▼初聖体クラスより; 今年の初聖体は6/22です。今年は7名の子どもが勉強します。クラスは連休明けの5月11日から始まります。

▼4/26(土)に足立荒川宣教協力体の屋形船に乗る協力体の集まりがありした。42名の参加で盛況のうちに終わりました。第二弾を検討するか協力体司祭と話し合う予定です。

▼先週の日曜日, 4/27に英語グループのリーダー・ジャスミンさんと恩田栄一さんの結婚式がありました。

▽From First Communion Class; First communion will be June 22nd this year, and 7 children will prepare for it. The class will start on May 11th.

▽On April 26 (Sat), Arakawa-Adachi mission cluster got together at the Yakabune, a boat on the Sumida riv.. Exciting gathering revoked people to have the next. Priests will consider on it.

▽Ms., Jennifer Jasmin had a marriage with Mr. Eiichi Onda after English mass.

▼【建て替え工事】3/24(月）14:00-に小林昇一弁護士・改田・山崎・堀川・荒川が、東京教区法人事務部部長高木師・平賀さんと事務局で話し合いました。からしだね法人との賃貸借契約に基づいた理解を小林弁護士が説明し、梅田教会の要望を伝えました。契約当事者はからしだね法人と東京教区代表役員であることを確認して、教区事務局が契約を小教区の要望に従って再検討することになりました。従って、3/31日に予定されていた責任役員会での審議は見送られ、この役員会に梅田教会側資料を提出するタイミングをだす事務局の返事を待っている段階です。

How are you?  This is to update you of the project you donated in Carles, Iloilo.  The pre-fabricated roofings are ready to be brought to Cawayan National High School in Carles, Iloilo.  4 classrooms will be restored.  Ateneo de Manila added some amount to your donation to complete the 4 classrooms. A small amount was left, so they made 4 new blackboards too!  Right now, we are negotiating with the local government unit to lend us a big truck to bring the pre-fabricated roofings there.  We are getting positive response from them. Once these materials will be there, our construction team needs 1 week to install the roofings.  Until now there is no electricity in the area, and so, they will be bringing a generator to be used for welding the materials. Will keep you updated!

▽[construction] On March 24th (M) from 14:00-, Kobayashi san, a layer, Kaida, Yamazaki, Horikawa and Arakawa discussed with Fr. Takagi, a canceler of the diocese, and Hiraga san, at the Bishop office. After explained about the lease contract on the land with Karashidane, we told them our proposal. Confirmed the person involved on this contract is not us, but diocese, the diocese office reconsider the lease contract according our proposal. Due to this reason, the discussion at the responsible meeting in the diocese on 3/31 is canceled, and we are waiting for a request, by the bishop office, to submit our application to this meeting now.

▽Palm Sunday this week leads us to Holy Week. After J mass, we have a rehearsal of Fukitsuka kun, who will have baptism this Easter.

▽On Saturday, 12th, we will have a palm cutting both J and E community together from 1300. Why don’t you join us?

▼小さきテレジア三上玉恵さん(91・花畑)が3/29にガーデンフィールズ花畑でなくなりました。通夜・葬儀は行なわず、4/2(水)8:40から谷塚斎場で簡単なお祈りをして9:00にお別れしました。お祈りください。

▽[Typhoon Hyian update 03/07] Agnes emailed as follows;Hi, Padre! How are you?  This is to update you of the project you donated in Carles, Iloilo.  The pre-fabricated roofings are ready to be brought to Cawayan National High School in Carles, Iloilo.  4 classrooms will be restored.  Ateneo de Manila added some amount to your donation to complete the 4 classrooms. A small amount was left, so they made 4 new blackboards too!  Right now, we are negotiating with the local government unit to lend us a big truck to bring the pre-fabricated roofings there.  We are getting positive response from them. Once these materials will be there, our construction team needs 1 week to install the roofings.  Until now there is no electricity in the area, and so, they will be bringing a generator to be used for welding the materials. Will keep you updated!

▽[construction] On March 24th (M) from 14:00-, Kobayashi san, a layer, Kaida, Yamazaki, Horikawa and Arakawa discussed with Fr. Takagi, a canceler of the diocese, and Hiraga san, at the Bishop office. After explained about the lease contract on the land with Karashidane, we told them our proposal. Confirmed the person involved on this contract is not us, but diocese, the diocese office reconsider the lease contract according our proposal. Due to this reason, the discussion at the responsible meeting in the diocese on 3/31 is canceled, and we are waiting for a request, by the bishop office, to submit our application to this meeting now.

▼今日は四旬節第四主日です。午後から英語コミュニティーのバザーがあります。

▼3/22(土) にエミリオ神父に四旬節講話と共同回心式がありました。

▼聖書クラスは3/28(金)、3/29(土)で今期終了です。再開は5月連休明け5/9(金)、10(土）です。

▼階段踊り場と階段下の壁にコルクボードを設置するよう手配しています。

▼教会学校より:3月22日（土）、23日（日）で春のお泊り会をしました。上は中学校1年生から下は幼稚園年長まで15名の子どもが参加し、町屋教会と三河島教会または足立教会を巡って、事故も怪我もなく梅田教会まで戻ってくることができました。ご協力くださった方々、ありがとうございました。4月6日は今年も四旬節のスープキッチンをします。これは、子どもたちに奉仕を体験させるためのイベントです。

▼【建て替え工事】3/24(月）14:00-に小林昇一弁護士・改田・山崎・堀川・荒川が、東京教区法人事務部部長高木師・平賀さんと事務局で話し合いました。からしだね法人との賃貸借契約に基づいた理解を小林弁護士が説明し、梅田教会の要望を伝えました。契約当事者はからしだね法人と東京教区代表役員であることを確認して、教区事務局が契約を小教区の要望に従って再検討することになりました。従って、3/31日に予定されていた責任役員会での審議は見送られ、この役員会に梅田教会側資料を提出するタイミングをだす事務局の返事を待っている段階です。

▼【台風被害続報03/07】支援金を送ったイロイロ島の学校は、ようやく屋根を取り付ける一歩手前まで来たようです。4クラス分の屋根を直し、4つの新しい黒板を買ったと連絡がありました。ただし、屋根を作った工場から学校まで部材の屋根をどうやって運ぶか、発電機をどこから確保するかで悩んでいます。

▼【ヨルダンにいる難民とコーヒー】先週のミサで話しましたが、これまで8年間で100万円近くを、ミサ後のホールにあるコーヒー販売で送ってきました。しかしながら、現地礼拝会のSr.川俣が東京の喜多見修道院の秘書に任命されて引き上げてきたので、送金する口座がなくなってしまい、シスターとも協議した結果、ペルーへの送金は断念しました。そこで、先日荒川がヨルダンに流入するパレスチナ・イラク・シリア・南スーダン・ソマリア難民を支援するJesuit Refugee Service in Jordanに行って現地を見てきました。イエズス会の組織ですが、実質的に働いているのは現地のカトリック信徒でした。そこで、このコーヒーの売上金はヨルダンにこれから送ることにします。

▽This is the 4th Lent Sunday. Bazzar by E community is expected after noon.

▽J group invited Fr. Emilio for the lenten lecture and confession on March 22 (Sun).

▽Bible class in J finished this term on the last week of March. Next term will start after the long holidays, May 9th and 10th.

▽Some bulletin board are expected to installed, one at the middle of the stair, the other at the wall down the stair.

▽From Church School:We had a staying over night event from March 22nd to 23rd. 15 kids from 6 to 13 years old joined and walked to Mikawashima church or Adachi church via Machiya church and came back to Umeda church without any troubles. Thank you everybody  who helped us. We will have Lenten Soup Kitchen on April 6th. The E church school class on the same day will be about the structure of the mass.

▽[Coffee and Refugee in Jordan] J group had raised donation for the mothers forced to prostitution for past 8 years, ca. ¥1.000.000-. As a Japanese nun, worked there returned back to Tokyo, we lost the transferring bank account there. Discussed with the nun, we decided to finish to transfer it to Peru. Fr. Arakawa went to Jordan and met local people who are supporting the refugees from Palestine, Iraq, Syria, south Sudan, and Somalia there. Jesuit Refugee Service in Jordan is organizing this lay group, and they were active. So we decided to transfer the donation there from now on.
